Konstantinos V. Kanellakis is the CEO of KANELLAKIS S.A., the oldest and one of the leading plastic recycling companies in Greece since 1980. He has been actively involved in the family business since 1998, and since 2014 he has been leading it, pioneering in circular economy, recycling, and the production of secondary plastic materials.
His love for his birthplace, Ancient Olympia, led him to create on e of the largest single-variety olive groves in the region — a 120-acre estate with more than 3,000 olive trees. His goal is to produce exceptional extra virgin olive oil under strict sustainability standards, highlighting the rich and fertile land of Ancient Olympia.

Christina Bougiaka, wife of Konstantinos,is the heart and driving force behind the daily operations of the company. As a co-visionary of Kapeli Fole, she manages activities, coordinates the teams, and ensures that every process follows the high standards of quality and sustainability set by the founders.
With dedication and professionalism, Christina brings the vision to life and plays a key role in the growth and success of the company, ensuring that the history and tradition of Ancient Olympia remain alive in every product and every activity.
